Bohigas Blanc de Blancs Xarel-lo 2012

Bohigas Blanc de Blancs Xarel-lo 2012

For more than six centuries the Bohigas family has been growing vines and managing their own vineyards with over 150 hectares. The vineyards a very well situated to grow white varieties as they get lots of sunshine but the evenings are very cool retaining the freshness in the wines.

Pale yellow color with green hues. Fresh aroma and powerful at the beginning: fresh fruit and acid pineapple. Its evolution in the glass emphasizes the complexity with notes of white fruits, apricot on a background of aromatic herbs and sweet species. In the mouth there prevails a perception of softness brought by a good acidity surrounded by the great structure of the xarel-lo from the Odena area in Catalonia. Best with all kinds of starters, fish and seafood.
