Cacique Maravilla Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

A seventh generation winemaker farming incredibly old vines in the Yumbel region of Chile. This Cabernet Sauvignon shares much with its generally spicier relative Cabernet Franc. Intense notes of smoke, green peppers and salt. Its sorta like a poblano in a bottle with some cherry fruit. Utterly delicious.
