Domaine Martin is run by Pierre Martin, son of well-known winemaker Yves Martin. The domaine consists of a scant 3 hectares of Chavignol Sauvignon Blanc. While Chavignol may best be known for their world renowned goat cheese, it is also the site of some of the most coveted Sauvignon Blancs in the world. The vines are grown on Chavignol’s famous caillottes (chalky white pebbles) with clay and limestone.
