Emidio Pepe Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2010
Emidio Pepe has been producing traditional wines since 1964. Grown using biodynamic methods, they de-stem and crush the grapes by hand. The wines undergo a lengthy maceration before fermentation with indigenous yeasts. They are unfiltered and aged in bottle until release, at which time they are hand-decanted into new bottles.
