2012 was a great vintage. The grapes for this Gewürztraminer were sourced from three Anderson Valley vineyards. They picked the grapes at varying levels of ripeness, in order to get the right balance of acidity and spicy tropical flavors for our dry style Gewürztraminer. This wine offers floral aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle, with hints of pineapple, lychee fruit and honeydew melon. Flavors include lemon custard, melon, and stone fruit, with a hint of fresh lemongrass. It is an excellent pairing with a variety of flavor profiles. Try it with chicken apple sausages, asian stir-fry, or Indian yellow curry.
