J. Wilkes Pinot Noir 2011

J. Wilkes Pinot Noir 2011

Fermented using native yeast and barrel aged in French oak for 14 months. This wine is all dark fruit and spice on the nose. Once on the palate it gives way to beautiful cherry, plum and pomegranate backed up by firm mid-pallet tannins and a smooth finish. This wine will shine when paired with roasted chicken, pork, and lighter game.
