The vineyards are in the Alsace, between Wintzenheim and Turckheim. Flat alluvian deposits of the Fecht are rich in clay (22%). The soil is predominantly of sand, shingle, and silt with a high incidence of pebbles and frequent plates of loess. From this vineyard come wines which are soft and sensual.
The nose is fine and delicate opening on white flowers and apple blossom notes with a light touch of white peaches. The mouth is fresh and gourmand. We find notes of fruits with a fleshy side. The finale is firm with a nice acidity. A real wine of pleasure.
