Nathan Kendall Riesling 2013

Grapes were harvested with about 25% botrytis, gently pressed and cold settled. Spontaneous fermentation lasting 2 months in stainless steel barrels at ambient cellar temperatures. Fermentation was stopped to achieve balance between acidity, sugar, and botrytis flavors. Aged 6 months on gross lees before bottling. Gently filtered and not fined.
