NJ Cecile Chardonnay

This classic yet full-bodied Chardonnay is made without oak. It has delicate floral aromas and a bright minerality, crisp citrus fruits and notes of peach. Winemaker Bernard Durand works with old vines located at 220 to 350 meters of altitude. This Chardonnay was named after Cecile Chaminade, a 19th century gender-barrier breaking French composer and pianist.
