NJ Haiku Gekkeikan Sake

This small Haiku Premium Select is classified as Tokubetsu Junmai-shu. Slowly fermented in small batches, Haiku Premium Select is crisp and refreshing. It is lightly herbaceous with hints of pear and apple. Good acidity and a medium-dry finish. Pairs with light fish, sashimi, ceviche and shell fish.
