NJ Lauverjat Menetou-Salon

Menetou-Salon's stoney soil gives a lot of minerality to the wine. Vines average 26-30 years-old. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. 2015 was the first vintage produced. Owners Karine, Christian and Kevin Lauverjat, are dedicated to quality and sustainability, producing a beautiful array of wines.
