Wine maker, author and Grape Collective contributor Monty Waldin has made wines in Italy and France and is about to tackle the UK. He is debuting a video series capturing the challenges of trying to produce his first English Wine. He teams up with award-winning wine producer Nick Wenman from Albury Organic Vineyard in the Surrey Hills in attempting to make the first ever 'Pet Nat' style sparkling wine made in the UK.
