He has lived in Georgia (the country) and Italy studying wine as well as the U.K. studying whisky. Ashwin enjoys the path-less-trodden when it comes to wine and spends time exploring the wine culture in Croatia, Georgia, Slovenia, Greece, in addition to the big names like Italy, Spain, and France.
