Quinlan currently works in the cellar at Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyards, in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. He will be departing for New Zealand in March to work harvest at Saint Clair in Marlborough. He was the 2017 Shaulis Scholar, working at Cornell's Agricultural Experiment Station with renowned plant pathologist Marc Fuchs, studying Grapevine Redblotch Virus, about which he is co-authoring an upcoming paper. Quinlan's poetry has been published in Yale's graduate journal, Palimpsest, as well as Quiddity Journal and The Human Touch.
